Out of the Office in Oklahoma

When our Elliott Roofing team is out of the office, they are busy spending quality time with their families, relaxing and exploring the many restaurants, attractions and events in Oklahoma. Get to know our team a little better and read about their favorite things to do in Oklahoma.

MATT CASE : MANAGING PARTNER

Matt’s perfect day is full of relaxation, rest and really big steaks. Ideally, he would start the day with a few cups of coffee, or maybe the entire pot, while watching “Arial America” on the Smithsonian Channel. Naturally, Matt still manages to stay busy during his time away from the office and you’ll likely find him working on his yard. His perfect day would also include watching his nine-year-old son play soccer for the Edmond Soccer Club and then cutting into a tender filet from The Ranch Steakhouse.

HOLLY CASE: MANAGING PARTNER

Holly enjoys her days off filled with exciting activities and indulgent food. The perfect day for Holly would include a peaceful morning in nature, either running along Tulsa’s riverside parks or hiking through Turkey Mountain. After getting well-acquainted with nature, Holly recommends breakfast at Stonehorse Café and exploring Utica Square with family, meeting up with lifelong friends in Jenks and taking a drive past her alma mater, Jenks High School. Go Trojans! After traveling back to OKC, she’s sure to stop at Coffee Slingers for an afternoon recharge, shop in Classen Curve and dine on the rooftop of Packards. If that isn’t enough excitement in one day, Holly would end her perfect day in Oklahoma cheering on the OKC Thunder at the Chesapeake Arena.

JEFF SIEMS: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jeff and his wife love to get out in the OKC community and experience all the growth the metro has had in recent years. Jeff still enjoys going to the Oklahoma State Fair where he and his wife spent their first date. When Jeff isn’t exploring the new restaurants and shops in Oklahoma City, he enjoys a good sporting event, at Southern Nazarene University, where he and his wife graduated, or Chesapeake Arena supporting the Thunder.

ALEXI OJEDA: RESIDENTIAL PRODUCTION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Alexi has so many favorite restaurants and hangouts in Oklahoma City that it’s hard for him to choose what to do on his days off. A lover of pizza, Alexi will likely visit one of his favorite pizzerias in OKC: Hall's Pizza Kitchen, Pizzeria Gusto or The Wedge. In downtown OKC, he would also spend time at The Jones Assembly or Bleu Garten before heading to a Thunder game. These activities take second place to being with his family, coaching his daughter’s softball team and spending time hunting and fishing on his family’s ranch.

JOSH BENSON: COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Josh is an Oklahoma native with many Oklahoma favorites. He and his family like to spend time at Lake Arcadia. Often, they take their camper on a road trip to one of the many great lakes in Oklahoma to find the best hunting, fishing and camping sites. When they decide to stay in Oklahoma City for a less adventurous weekend, Josh can be found enjoying a baseball game in Bricktown, indulging in Fuzzy’s Tacos or the Cheesecake Factory and, of course, “thundering up” at the Chesapeake Arena.

CHRIS MARLATT: SALES MANAGER

Chris is always jumping in the Greens Country Club swimming pool with his wife and kids on a hot summer day. When the weather isn’t perfect to sit by the pool, he and his family spend the spring hanging out at Bleu Garten or Fassler Hall. Both places have tasty drinks and food, plus they’re kid friendly!

BRYAN FIVECOAT: SALES ESTIMATOR

Bryan, an Oklahoma resident for 10 years, enjoys spending his downtime at home in Mustang and exploring the many districts in Oklahoma City. If Brian and his family are spending the day in Mustang, they will likely get involved in one of the many community events including watching movies in the park, competing in the color run or playing disc golf. Even though there is plenty to do in Mustang, Brian also enjoys going to Oklahoma City and eating at his favorite restaurants (Pho 45, SushiNeko or The Mule) followed by a round at Top Golf or games at Main Event.

JONIE NALLEY: ADMINISTRATION

Jonie stays busy with family and sporting events on the weekends. She enjoys all types of sporting events, from her grandkids’ soccer matches and basketball games to watching the OKC Thunder and OSU Cowboys. When she is not at a soccer field or basketball arena, Jonie’s favorite place to be is at Mama Roja’s watching the sunset over Lake Hefner.

CHRIS KING: SALES ESTIMATOR

This native Texan has begun to call Oklahoma “home” for many reasons, mostly because of the kind people, but he also appreciates the entertainment, dining and nature trails. Chris can’t choose just one favorite activity for his downtime. He frequents Cain's Ballroom or Guthrie Green for live concerts and enjoys dining in downtown Tulsa and exploring the river parks and trails. Of course, he always makes time for cheering on OSU and the Thunder.
